2025 Annual Financial Statements

In accordance with section 130(1) of the Financial Institutions Act (British Columbia), Blue Cross Life’s annual financial statements and auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 are publicly available through filings made with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI.)

To access Blue Cross Life's annual financial statements and auditor’s report:

1. Visit the life insurance companies page on Open Government.
2. Under Data and Resources, click on LF1 – Life Core Financial Statement Return (Active).
3. Click on the Add Filter button, then select Total Life Insurance Companies/FIs in the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the dropdown menu, then search Blue Cross Life Insurance Company of Canada.

This will display Blue Cross Life Insurance Company of Canada’s reported financial data as submitted in the Life-1 regulatory filing to OSFI. You can view or download a copy of the data in various formats.
